1. Seller

2. Products
XForge sells digital Unreal Engine plugins and related downloadable materials. Product descriptions, compatibility and license scope are displayed before checkout.
3. Checkout and taxes
Direct payments are processed by Paddle acting as merchant of record. Paddle calculates and collects applicable taxes, issues transaction documents and processes payment methods under its own terms.
4. Account
Customers are responsible for accurate registration information and for keeping account credentials secure. Access may be suspended where fraud, abuse or unauthorized distribution is reasonably suspected.
5. Delivery
A completed and verified Paddle transaction grants the corresponding product entitlement to the XForge account used to begin checkout. Download availability may depend on the current published build.
6. License
Purchases grant a license under the XForge End User License Agreement. Ownership of the software and intellectual property is not transferred.
7. Support and updates
Any support period, update policy or compatibility promise is limited to what is stated on the relevant product page or in the EULA.
8. Liability
